Return and Exchange Policy

We take extreme precautions to ensure that the products sent to you are in immaculate condition. Nevertheless, there is a slight chance that:

  • You receive damaged products due to transportation.
  • Or there could be a manufacturing flaw.
  • Or that you receive the wrong item.
  • Size concerns

In the conditions described above, we will replace the item if the request for replacement/return is made within three days after the product gets delivered to your doorstep. 

A dialogue box will appear in case you receive a damaged product. Attaching a photo is a must in that proof case. 

Refund policy

You will be informed by email when your returned item has been received and inspected. In addition, you will receive an email indicating whether your refund request has been approved or denied. The credit request would be handled within seven business days if granted.

Refund will be processed within 7 days and will be credited to source account

Shipping Policy-
Domestic: delivery in 12 - 15 business days.
International: Delivery in 20 business days.
Domestic orders: Free of charge (anywhere in India)
International orders: Shipping charges are applicable on all orders.

Please make sure the shipping address provided is correct, in case the order will be considered completed, no refund will be made.

1. Unboxing Video Requirement
• In case of a claim for a damaged product, customers are required to provide a clear unboxing video of the parcel from the moment it is opened.
• Returns for damages will only be accepted if the unboxing video clearly shows the damage at the time of delivery.
• Without this video proof, we will not be able to process damage-related returns.
2. Size & Fit Issues
• If you face any size issues with your order, we will be happy to provide a free alteration or exchange for the correct size.
• Please note that refunds are not applicable in cases of size issues.
3. General Conditions
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags intact to be eligible for return/exchange.
